Corry Matthews is a former IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, fitness, nutrition, and hormone health expert who has spent more than 25 years helping women build stronger, healthier bodies.

Today, Corry specializes in helping women over 40 navigate the real changes that happen in midlife—from hormone shifts and metabolism changes to muscle loss, energy, confidence, and sustainable wellness.

Because after 40, the old advice often stops working.

As a former professional athlete, Corry understands firsthand what it takes to build strength, resilience, and long-term health. But her mission evolved as she experienced the same midlife changes many women face themselves—leading her to focus specifically on helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and how to train, eat, and support hormones in a way that actually works for this season of life.

With a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, 25+ years of coaching experience, and expertise in fitness, nutrition, and hormone health, Corry combines evidence-based education with practical, empowering strategies women can realistically sustain.

Raised in and surrounded by military life from birth, Corry also brings a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, service, and reinvention—values that shape both her coaching and her message.
